Y CombinatorStoryboarder / Sumugi — Founding PM → CEO

Founding PM turned CEO working across UX, roadmap, launch execution, and go-to-market.

Sumugi (formerly Storyboarder) is a Y Combinator-backed startup building 3D creator tools for visual storytellers. I owned the product end-to-end, from user discovery & research, Figma mockups, PRDs, QA, analytics to legal.

As CEO, I led us through launches with go-to-market strategies, hired and mentored the team, optimized work with AI and agents, made the high-stakes calls, and managed runway.

PwCPwC Deals Advisory Tokyo — Strategy & Analytics

Strategy, analytics, and cross-border execution inside complex organizations.

PwC Deals advises enterprises through M&A and other high-stakes transactions. I worked with clients and senior stakeholders across borders, in a rigorous, multi-team environment where every analysis had to hold up in the boardroom.

My work spanned M&A diligence, financial modeling, business analytics, and cross-border research into acquisition targets, and I sat on steering committees for initiatives at top-tier clients. High-stakes work, frequently at C-suite level.
